HE GOT ME

It was a Saturday noon, I did my usual routine then I met up with my friends at the mall. See, we like to do alot of things together, call me crazy but I met most of them online. You know it's not so bad talking to people online. I mean most of them I talk to thru facebook, twitter and yup you guessed it right, fans club. Most of them are actually trustworthy than the ones you'll find and meet elsewhere. We would go to tapings and gigs of the celebrity we like. I remember when we went to this taping for this one show and I met this guy. Well, ok he's actually one of the directors for the show.
Before, I thought that people work behind the cameras are snob,boring and always serious. Well, I guess I was wrong and this guy proved it. What's his name you may ask? He's Nicholas Hernandez. First time I met him, thou we were a complete stranger to one another, I can honestly say that we totally hit it off. I mean, first time I talked to him felt like I've known him for so long. I guess it's true when they say that you'll know when the right person comes along. I mean there's no words or actions that can describe it. You just know!
Well if you want to know how he approached me, ok I guess I'll tell you all. My friends and I just arrived at the location for the taping and we looked around, I guess you can say that we tried looking for the celebrities. Well, at least they were. While I've got my eyes on someone else. I guess you can say that I was totally staring at him and didn't even realized that my friend was trying to tell me something.
"Kazel! Are you listening?" my friend Daian asked.
"Oh what? I'm sorry, I didn't hear what you said. What is it again?"
Have you ever experienced talking to somebody but your eyes are just totally glued onto something else or to someone else? Well, that was me at that time. Oh gosh, this is embarrassing! You guessed it right, he actually approached me.
"Hi, How are you ladies? "as he tries to talk to us while his eyes were just gazing at me.
"Hi, we're good! "as I answered him.
"I'm sorry, welcome to our taping and by the way I'm Direk Nicholas Hernandez! I'm one of the directors here. And you are?"As he introduced himself. But wait! Did I hear him correct? He was only looking at me when he asked "And you are?" Does this mean he only wanted to know my name?
"I'm Kazel! And these are my friends!"and I introduced them to him.
Well, as I talk to him I didn't even know that the rest of my friends had already left me. I guess they can totally tell that he was crushing on me. We started talking and even had me sit next to him and we would talk after in between takes. We talked pretty much about anything and everything in life. It kinda felt like as if the world around us stops.
As if everyone around us can see the glow in our eyes. It was already getting dark but it felt like I didn't want that day to end but I know he couldn't help but noticed that I kept looking at my phone.
"I hope you don't mind if I get your phone number" he said softly as looks at me in the eye.
"Oh I'm sorry, I don't want you to think that I'm trying to give you the hint of asking for my number because I kept looking at my phone. It's just that it's getting a little late."
"No no no! I actually wanted to ask you since earlier. I just didn't know if..." he said.
"Oh yah of course! Here's my number" and I smiled at him while writing my number.
"Can I invite you over for a dinner?"
"Yah sure!"
Since that day, there's no time and day that I didn't talk to him. And yes, you're right after a few months of courtship he won my heart!
