CHAPTER 13
Sam left and Devon was left with tears, as much as he hates leaving her like that but he must because that's what she wanted. He wanted to give her the space she needed to think. After a few days Devon left manila to her family in Boracay, she also decided to bring Ann along with her. "Bessie, ready ka na ba? Sure ka dito sa gusto mong gawin ha?"-Ann. "Oo bessie, sure na sure ako. I really need this badly.Hindi naman tayo magtatagal eh, but kung may chance na magextend why not."-Devon.
The two then left for Boracay when they got their the first thing they did was to go to the beach. "Ang ganda dito noh bessie?Napaka relaxing, parang nakakawala ng mga problema."-Devon. "Bessie, matanong nga kita, may balak ka bang balikan si Sam? Kung alam mo sarili mong walang nagawang masama si Sam sayo, why did you ask for this time off?"-Ann. "Hindi ko alam sis, hindi ko alam!Buong panahon na naging kami, yung buong mundo ko sa kanya lang nakasentro. I think this is the time the isipin ko naman ang sarili ko. Hindi sa wala akong tiwala sa kanya, sobrang minahal ko lang talaga sya."-Devon. "Pano yan bessie kung sakaling may makilala ka dito na iba? Willing ka bang buksan ulit yang puso mo para sa iba?"-Ann. "Hindi ko alam Ann. I love Sam and No one can and will ever replace that. Pumunta ako dito para hindi maghanap ng iba, I came here to reflect, to find myself."-Devon.
"Para hindi kana malungkot, tara dun muna tayo bessie, lakad lakad tayo dali, at ayaw ko ng mag-emo. We came here to have fun para makalimot sa problema, hala! tara na sister at magsaya tayo!"-Ann. Devon just gave her best friend a smile and began their walk. When suddenly Ann saw a group of guys playing beach volleyball. "Bessie!! tignan mo oh! andaming boylets!"-Ann. "Ayan ka nanaman eh! Aray!!"-Devon. Devon shouted when the ball hit her head. And one of the guys came to apologized. "I'm so sorry! Did it hurt?I'm really sorry!"-Quen. "Ok lang hindi naman masyadong masakit, nagulat lang ako."-Devon. "By the way, I'm Quen, and you ladies are?"-Quen. "I'm Devon and this is my best friend Ann."-Devon. "Are you guys with...."-Quen. "Oh no! it's just me and her. Bakasyon lang namin."-Devon. "Oh so you guys don't mind right if I invite you two beautiful ladies to join us later for dinner?"-Quen. Devon whispered at Ann to tell her that she does not want to go but Ann insisted. "Ah! No! Definitely we don't mind at all. We won't be doing anything anyway later, right bessie?"-Ann. Ann just gave Devon the dirty look. "Yah, ok lang sige punta kami."-Devon. "Well then, I'll see you two ladies later. I'll meet up with you here."-Quen.

Hindi sa wala akong tiwala sa kanya, sobrang minahal ko lang talaga sya."-Devon. "Pano yan bessie kung sakaling may makilala ka dito na iba? Willing ka bang buksan ulit yang puso mo para sa iba?"-Ann. "Hindi ko alam Ann. I love Sam and No one can and will ever replace that. Pumunta ako dito para hindi maghanap ng iba, I came here to reflect, to find myself."-Devon.

"Ok lang hindi naman masyadong masakit, nagulat lang ako."-Devon. "By the way, I'm Quen, and you ladies are?"-Quen. "I'm Devon and this is my best friend Ann."-Devon. "Are you guys with...."-Quen. "Oh no! it's just me and her. Bakasyon lang namin."-Devon. "Oh so you guys don't mind right if I invite you two beautiful ladies to join us later for dinner?"-Quen. Devon whispered at Ann to tell her that she does not want to go but Ann insisted. "Ah! No! Definitely we don't mind at all. We won't be doing anything anyway later, right bessie?"-Ann.
